Unfinished business!
What inspires me in life? Everything, particularly a challenge! The past 2 years have certainly given me the inspiration to do what I always wanted to do, study law! Not for the sake of becoming a lawyer, but more so to understand how the law works and then make it work for me.
The greatest benefit in completing an MBA wasn’t the information gathered, the exposure to fabulous case studies, my introduction to Jack Welsh (CEO of The Century) or the increase in knowledge. It simply gave me the tools to listen to people who in the past I thought had superior intellect, (and there are plenty of them) sit back and and use such tools to assess the real person behind the intellectual facade.
I was surprised, that the closer I got to completing my MBA, more often than not, people who I thought were in the main intelligent, were nothing more than”oxygen thieves”, that is, they competed for the same air you and I need…now that’s a thief!
Such people have a false vaneer of self importance, stand tall in packs( never alone), and deap down “hoped to God” that no-one challanges them. When challenged, they fight dirty and resemble a pig fighting in the mud, expecting their challenger to do the same… get down and get dirty!
Studying law, besides the fact that I already consider myself a “bush lawyer”, will just add the the armoury, and tackle some unfinished business. Time is on my side.

This post appears to get a large ammount of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It gives a nice unique spin on things. I guess having something useful or substantial to talk about is the most important thing.
